لا يقتصر دور المدرسة على العلم والدراسة فقط ولكنها تساعد على تكوين الكثير من العلاقات الإجتماعية التي قد تستمر لفترات طويلة حيث تتكون من المدرسين والطلاب وتتكون العلاقات من هنا حيث يتعرف الطالب علي زملائه ويكونون صداقات متينه تستمر معهم بإستمرار تلقيهم للعلم وتنجح الكثير من العلاقات في الإستمرار طوال العمر ،إلي جانب ذلك تعمل المدرسة أيضا على نقل التراث الثقافي للمجتمع بإسلوب بسيط .
