The International Indian School was established in 1986 and spans 10,178 square meters. The school operates under the patronage of the Indian Embassy and is overseen by the Ministry of Education in Saudi Arabia. It accommodates around 410 students from all grade levels, both boys and girls. • The school follows the Indian curriculum, approved by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in New Delhi, along with some Saudi Ministry of Education subjects. • It prepares students for the All India Secondary School Examination (Std. X) and the All India Senior School Certificate Examination (Std. XII). • English is the medium of instruction for all subjects. • The school continuously seeks to introduce new and innovative teaching methods. • It focuses on nurturing students' diverse talents.
We recommend contacting the school to learn more about the admission and registration process. Key points to consider: • Original documents (passport and residency permits) proving the student’s and parents' residence in Saudi Arabia must be submitted upon registration. The latest version of these documents must be provided upon renewal. • Admission is based on registration priority, performance in the entrance exam, and criteria set by the school. The exam/interview is conducted as per the schedule set during registration. • A registration fee of 50 SAR is required, along with copies of the student’s residency permit (with the student’s registered name) and copies of the passports of both the student and parents. • For grades six and above, a transfer certificate and a transcript of the previous grade, duly attested by regional/local education authorities, must be submitted.
There is no co-education; boys and girls are taught separately.
