About Abu Dhabi Grammar School
Abu Dhabi Grammar School was founded by Mrs. Fatima Asaad and obtained a license from the Ministry of Education in the United Arab Emirates on October 1, 1994. The school moved to its current location in January 2008. The school currently has over 1,000 students from 50 different nationalities enrolled, and is accredited by the Nova Scotia Department of Education, Canada, as a private institution operating in the United Arab Emirates. Abu Dhabi Grammar School (Canada) fulfills its obligations to the Nova Scotia Department of Education, as well as the UAE Ministry of Education. It offers a comprehensive, enriching, and challenging program for approximately 1,000 students from preschool through Grade 12. The curriculum from Kindergarten to Grade 12 is taught entirely in English, except for French language, Arabic language, and Islamic Studies courses for Muslim students.
