About Dibber Early Childhood Centre
Deeper Early Childhood Centre, Jumeirah Golf Estates branch is a globally leading company in education and the primary education provider in Scandinavian and Nordic countries. It was founded in Norway in 2003 by Hans Jacob Sundby and Randi Lovland, two passionate teachers. They opened their first kindergarten in Kristiansand, Norway in 2003, and today they own approximately 600 kindergartens and schools around the world. The group welcomes 50,000 children daily. In 2023, with the opening of two new nurseries in Jumeirah Golf Estates, Dubai, and in Khalifa City A, Abu Dhabi, bringing the total to 6 nurseries welcoming over 600 children in the United Arab Emirates.

When the first kindergarten opened in Norway in 2003, our founders, Hans Jacob and Randi Sundby, had a vision to develop and manage nurseries where children feel valued. The first nursery started with fifty students and fifteen teachers, adopting a holistic approach to early childhood education. At Dibber, children can become the best version of themselves through fun learning, interaction, and mastery. In this first kindergarten, the holistic approach to early childhood education began to be implemented, affirming that everyone has value.
We nurture lifelong learners with hearts that love the world. At Dibber, we realize that for children to enjoy learning, it must become part of their lives. An organized environment alone cannot achieve this successfully, therefore, it becomes necessary for them to learn from their surroundings as well. In addition to acquiring knowledge, we wish for our children to be kind and compassionate toward every person and everything around them.

دخلت ولدي الحضانة اخر شهرين و الصراحة اختلف علي وايد و صار احسن فالكلام و الشخصية و اجتماعي اكثر و التعليم و اشياء ثانيه ، اول ما دخلت الحضانه حبيتها و حبيت الاكتفيزز اللي يسونها للاطفال و التعليم و الاحلى انهم ايبون لهم حيوانات يلعبون معاهم و يكونون تحت اشرافهم ، و غيره من اهتمام و طبعاً المدراسات حنونات وايد وايد و حبوببات و مس فرح الغاليه the best و الله ولدي يحبها هي و مس Noveyln and Jossa وايد حنونات و حبوبات مع الطلاب و طبعاً كل يوم يحط في الابلكيشن الخاص بين الاهل و الحضانه صور و الاكتفتيز اللي سواها للاطفال و غيره .. ما ندمت و ان شاء الله بكمل معاهم و احسن قرار اتخذته اني دخلته هالحضانه the best 🥺

I am immensely grateful to this school, its management, and the entire Dibber for All team. For every mother, especially a mother of a child with special needs, it’s crucial to feel peace of mind and confidence that her child is in safe hands, that his needs are being met, and that he’s developing the necessary skills. Before transferring to Dibber Al Barsha South, we had a very unsuccessful experience where my child was left to his own devices. I felt a completely different approach immediately after transferring to Dibber Al Barsha South. My child adapted very quickly, and I could see how happy he was there. Soon he didn’t want to go home—he was having so much fun and finding school so engaging. The atmosphere at the school itself is incredibly welcoming—you feel it from the moment you walk into reception. The classrooms, courtyard, and indoor play area are beautifully equipped and spacious. Within the Dibber for All program, a speech therapist and occupational therapist work hand in hand with the classroom teacher. The therapy is so integrated into the learning process that it ensures a maximally individualized approach to each child, taking into account their individual abilities and interests. I wholeheartedly recommend Dibber Al Barsha South to any parent seeking a nurturing, inclusive environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.

Every time I walk into Dibber Al Barsha, I instantly feel at ease. The atmosphere is so homey, relaxed, and beautifully personalized — it’s like stepping into a warm hug. The place is always so well-organized and inviting, with calming music playing softly in the background and the most beautiful fragrance in the air. You can’t help but feel the warmth the moment you enter — from the thoughtful setup and design to the genuine smiles that greet you. It’s such a comforting space, and I can only imagine how happy and excited the children must feel coming here every day, knowing they’re in a safe and joyful environment. A big shoutout to the amazing Dibber Al Barsha team — and especially to Ms. Zulekha, whose personal touch truly shines through. You can feel her care and passion in every detail that makes this place so special.

Dibber Al Barsha South has outstanding facilities. They have a park nearby where the children go for regular nature walks. The manager and staff are very warm and welcoming. The environment is very calm and has a positive energy. I can’t wait for my child to start :)

My niece has been going to this nursery for a few months now and honestly, I couldn’t be happier. From the very first day, Virali made her feel so comfortable and cared for, and it shows in how excited she is every morning to go in. The team is so patient and creative, they really make learning fun through play. Miss Zulekha, the manager, is always approachable and supportive, which gives parents a lot of confidence. You can really feel the love and effort they put into every child’s day. Truly a safe, happy place for little ones to grow!

We absolutely love Dibber Al Barsha South and highly recommend the nursery. Both our boys, age 2 and 4 have been at Dibber since March 2025 when we relocated to Dubai. Since day one we have been very impressed and are so pleased we found Dibber. Both boys settled in really quickly. We could not be more grateful for how easy they made relocating from the UK to Dubai, helping the boys navigate a lot of change. What we love: -The venue: we were pleasantly surprised with how much space there is at the nursery. Each classroom is very big with it's own dedicated outside space. There is also an additional shared large outdoor playground and other shared indoor hall space. Everywhere is kept very clean and tidy. -The teachers and all the support staff/Dibber team: every morning when we walk in we are greeted by the staff in such a warm and welcoming way. It feels like a little family, most staff know the boys names (not just their own teachers or TAs). The teachers and TAs are all lovely and caring, but also ensure the children are well behaved and respectful of each other. The whole team is incredibly professional and hard working, you can tell they are very proud of the work they do. -Communication: We are able to communicate with general team and the class teachers very easily. We are updated daily via the Dibber app which provides us with photos and a general summary of what the boys have done that day. We are also able to message on the app which is very handy and will always get very prompt responses. Of course we can always speak to anyone at Dibber directly as well (during drop off or pick up). -Drop off and collection: Drop off and collection each day is very smooth, with plenty of parking space. Thank you Dibber for all your hard work, we can't wait to see what the next year brings for the boys.

It was our second preschool experience with my 3-year-old son, but we deeply regret it. First of all, the classroom was overcrowded and the staff were inattentive. I occasionally tried to observe by visiting, and what I saw was quite concerning—children crying in one corner while the teachers did nothing. It was surprising to me. After trying it for a month, I decided to withdraw my son and enrolled him in another preschool. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Their communication is not up to scratch. I have been trying to get information and book a visit for days. They don't answer the phone, they don't answer the email, and on WhatsApp you have to wait for hours before you get an answer. So I am promoting my child to another nursery.
